- High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED)
Most employers require a high school diploma or HSED as part of their application process. Resources are available to assist you in obtaining your HSED. - Basic Skill Upgrades
Increasing your skills in targeted areas can improve your employability. Completing a class or two may be enough to gain those needed skills. - On-the-Job Training
Learning new skills on the job can be an excellent way to get needed skills while still earning wages. WIOA may be able to pay up to 50 percent of those wages if there are employers with positions available. - Classroom Training
Vocational training or completion of a four-year degree is available for those jobs that require more formal training. Financial assistance may be provided for tuition, books and other support services (based on needs and funding available.)
